Exercise and its types will motivate and increase self-confidence, and even by exercising we can cure depression.

We can use exercise to reduce anxiety. Exercise and its types can help us in different areas.

For example, sports are usually done individually, collectively and as a team, and many parents prefer to lead their children to individual sports. Because their perception is that they are less exposed to social harm.

But we, the counselors and the community of psychologists, emphasize that it is better for adolescents and young people to play sports as a team.

Because when a young person belongs to a team, it increases his self-esteem. It increases power and creates a social identity in the individual. He will learn many lessons from these group issues. An issue of empathy is created in the person and causes the issue of patience in the person to be strengthened. Because in team sports, we may wait for a while on the bench or even not be noticed by our teammates on the field. These issues help us to strengthen issues such as not seeing, waiting and ultimately patience.

Another thing that will be considered in sports is that exercising is associated with concentration. Along with pleasure and happiness, it can have a double effect on my soul and body.

The effect of mountaineering on sexual instinct control

When exercise is accompanied by concentration, it is very effective. From time to time we advise young people to climb to control their sexual instincts. This is one of the sports we offer.

Of course, there have been times when people go mountaineering and announce that we could not control ourselves. We ask them, did you focus on this mountaineering sport? Have you focused on all your limbs while climbing? Or did you pay attention to your mobile phone while climbing? Or have you turned your attention to others and talked to them?

All of this makes it impossible for you to use mountaineering to control and treat yourself. If we recommend exercise as a treatment for mental health problems, it is because you focus on it with full concentration. For example, focus on your breathing and all your muscles.

Focusing allows me to get the most out of exercising. So we need to know that if we go for a walk, if we swim and exercise in general, it is better to always be attentive and focused.

Exercise and its types:

There are different types of sports. One of the sports that is very useful and many recommend it is yoga. This exercise allows me to create harmony between my mind, body and soul. This sport helps us to be the most productive with the least facilities.

Of course, yoga is also useful for all age groups. Another series of sports are ball sports that are more active. And young people and teenagers will enjoy this sport more. Another series of sports are martial arts that are highly competitive and are selected depending on individual differences in talent and interest.

Parents’ responsibility in exercising their children

We need to know that people have different interests. As a parent, I respect my children’s interests and know that they are different. Do not compare my children in choosing the type of sport they want. Maybe one of my children is interested in heavy or martial arts according to their needs. But the other has no interest in heavy sports and chooses a very light sport.

These choices are due to their differences in their needs and abilities. At no time should we not only compare ourselves to others and say that I am behind, but I should not compare my children to each other.

Do not be hard on yourself in exercising

Another thing about exercise is that sometimes even the same exercises we do at home or even a simple walk can be very beneficial for our mental health or even our body. We should not take it for granted that I must be a member of a professional group. Or I must pay a monthly fee to join a sports club. Be sure to do this if you can. But if you can not, you can do a series of exercises or exercises in the same house or at work that both our body and our body enjoy and our soul and spirit relax.

So in exercising, as in other cases, we should pay attention to getting help from exercise. Know that it is only a means to achieve a good mental balance.

Exercise is not a goal

Even those who want to use exercise to lose weight (which is a very good issue and one of the most important effects of exercise is weight loss) should know that it should not be made a goal. Because if we make weight loss a goal, we may suffer serious damage to our body, soul and spirit. We should use exercise only as a means to achieve physical and mental health.
